Rethink is an organisation fuelled by passionate individuals dedicated to improving health and care services. They have all held leadership roles in the NHS or local government and are experienced change agents. They support councils, NHS organisations and others working in the health and care sector to make a real impact on the lives of the people.
The Oxford Centre for Triple Value Healthcare (3V) is a small, mission-driven social enterprise increasing Triple Value in healthcare to improve healthcare for populations, and building capability in healthcare organisations.

We design value into population health and care using the combined approaches of economics
and design. We value building long-standing relationships, by listening, collaborating and sharing, to create sustainable capabilities and develop dynamic global networks. We have international experience in the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa.
Assignments include the design of value-based healthcare systems; the economics of public health; the economics of service and care-pathway re-design; and the economic value of digital health in accelerating improvement.
