A Christmas Message from our Chairman

The past few years have brought significant challenges, from economic uncertainty and global conflicts to changes in government organisation and funding. These factors have influenced our strategic planning, staff recruitment and retention, supply chains, and the overall availability of resources. Nonetheless, we have responded positively, focusing on better outcomes, increased productivity, and greater efficiency.

Over the year, our team has played a vital role in supporting various organisations, both individually and across larger populations, including all of Wales, ICB’s, Gibraltar and Jersey. We have helped plan, evaluate, budget, and implement services, notably introducing innovative digital solutions that enhance both service outcomes and accessibility, delivering care closer or at home.

We proudly maintain all our accreditations, such as the 12 Government frameworks, NHS Digital Data Security & Protection Toolkit, Cyber Essential Plus, ISO9001 (Quality Management), and ISO14001 (Environmental Management). Remarkably, we passed all our external audits including ISO without any non-conformities or recommendations for improvement, earning perfect scores. Our team look beyond internal processes, working within the community to create positive change. For example, we voluntary collaborate with others developing specific environmental initiatives, and many team members volunteer as Trustees for local charities and clubs, dedicating personal time to community service.

We are now supporting a bigger portfolio of clients, including local and overseas authorities, charities, and the NHS. I am deeply proud of our team's positive impact on so many lives, making a true difference to so many.

I would like to thank all our team and our clients for supporting us again so positively. We look forward to the many challenges in the future with great enthusiasm and commitment. So, lets’ together look positively as we stride into 2026 with equalled passion, empathy, integrity, determination, professionalism but also with a mind on our social responsibility.
