Digital Health & Care Wales (DHCW) commissioned In-Form Solutions to develop an organisational strategy for the newly formed Primary, Community and Mental Health directorate (PCMH).

Digital Health & Care Wales (DHCW) commissioned In-Form Solutions to prepare an Outline Business Case (OBC) for a new Digital Maternity System that could be used by all health boards in Wales.

The In-Form Solutions team were jointly commissioned by Liverpool CCG & the City Council to review the community equipment service provided by an NHS provider in Merseyside. This was undertaken at a highly challenging period during the pandemic resulting in developing an agile project plan to minimise any service disruption.

The In-Form Solutions team were appointed to programme manage the planning, development and implementation of three Digital programmes across Lancashire and South Cumbria.

In-Form Solutions was appointed to undertake an option appraisal for providing radiotherapy services on the island of Jersey. This service is currently provided by specialist NHS providers in England which involves patients transporting by air and staying away from home for often long periods.

In-Form Solutions supported the Health & Social Care partners to align services with the common aim of integrating services in a joined-up way by improving local services through the “St Helens Cares” collaboration. This involved the integration and transition of a wide range of community services across 13 service lines across 3 CCG’s and 4 NHS providers.

NHS Wales Informatics Service (NWIS) is an NHS Wales organisation tasked with delivery of an information management and technology (IM&T) strategy, procurements, national digital infrastructure and contract management to support health and social care across Wales.

In-Form Solutions were commissioned by the Chairman and CEO to undertake a sensitive piece of work regarding the financial management and leadership at the Trust. Medway NHS Foundation Trust is a £320m single site hospital and has faced significant financial and services challenges over a number of years.

In-Form Solutions were commissioned to support the Trust which had been placed into Financial Special Measures owing to its deteriorating financial performance. East Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is a £380m provider of hospital and community services with its main sites at Eastbourne and Hastings.

Following a recommendation from NHS Improvement/NHS England, In-Form Solutions were commissioned to support the Trust owing to its deteriorating financial performance. The Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust resulted from a merger between the Winchester and Basingstoke hospitals, has a turnover of c£400m, and has severe estates issues.
