Accessibility Statement

This website is designed to be used by as many people as possible. We continually work to improve the website and to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (level AA), a set of guidelines provided by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), which help to ensure websites are created using techniques to make them accessible to a wide range of user's devices and software, such as web browsers, screen readers and braille readers.  This means that we do things such as:

  • Only use strong colour contrasts
  • Headings are used properly, sequentially, to make them readable through screen readers
  • Links describe what they do. We don't use ‘click here’.
  • Tables are laid out in a tabular format with headings provided to display tabular information.
  • When we use images, we add alternative text so that those people who cannot see the image can read the text using their assistive software such as a braille reader.

Supported web browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge (latest version)
  • Google Chrome (latest version)
  • Apple Safari (latest version)
  • Mozilla Firefox (latest version)

If necessary, you can update your web browser to the latest version for free, from the browser provider's website.
