In-Form Solutions is an accredited supplier to the UK NHS North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) within the following Lots:

• Lot B1 – Programme and Project Management
• Lot C1 – Transactions and Corporate Finance
• Lot C3 – Procurement and Commissioning Support
• Lot E1 – Healthcare Services – Planning, Design and Service Improvements

There are 20 suppliers awarded to each Lot and we are delighted that In-Form Solutions is one of those accredited suppliers. This application involved a rigorous process of being vetted with a named team with named case studies, providing excellent references, having robust processes and procedures in place, are deemed financially viable and stable, environmentally sustainable and net zero compliant, holding effective insurance and provide an innovative service at competitive rates.

NOE CPC provides to member trusts and organisations, a compliant framework of providers to meet their healthcare consultancy needs. 

This framework is a four year agreement effective from June 2023 and the framework provides its members the following benefits:

• A framework, allowing trusts to identify their own specific requirements and save time in awarding a compliant contract by following a further competition process. Organisations have the ability to direct award contracts under this framework.
• Maximum hourly staff rates are identified, with requirements of providers to engage on terms intended to ensure continued value for money.
• The framework agreement can be accessed free of charge by NOE CPC member trusts and other eligible organisations.
