NHS Shared Business Services

In-Form Solutions is an approved supplier to the NHS Shared Business Services Framework (SBS) for Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health - Ref: SBS10197.

This framework provides NHS and Public Sector Bodies with a compliant route to market for the provision of consultancy and advisory services, with a particular focus on meeting the specific needs of the healthcare sector. The services covered under this framework agreement, include, but are not limited to healthcare, corporate, social value and sustainability, IT, HR and property consultancy services.

This is a two year Framework commencing in February 2024, with an option to extend an additional two years and the framework is a fully compliant route to market. In-Form Solutions are accredited to the following Lots:

• Lot 1 - Business, Leadership, Management, Governance, Structure & Strategy 
• Lot 2 - Integrated Care, Healthcare & Community care
• Lot 3 - Commercialisation, Innovation & Transformation 
• Lot 5  - IT Business Consultancy 
• Lot 7 - HR and Employment, Skills, and Training

The SBS framework provides the ability to directly award a contract to approved suppliers on the framework providing a timely and compliant route to market, reducing the need for costly and lengthy local procurement and tendering processes. Consultancy and Advisory Services for Health Framework is designed to be flexible and also offers customers the ability to use this framework for call off contracts.

In-Form Solutions were successful in five Lots. These evaluations were very much focused on quality of service as opposed to price, which just emphasises that In-Form Solutions deliver a highly effective and innovative service.
