Our team has over 25 years’ experience of supporting clients in public sector procurements, particularly for digital technology services/ platforms. We have done this across the UK public sector and internationally in the US, Canada and Singapore. In the UK, we have supported the specification and procurement of solutions in the NHS, Local Authorities, Central Government Departments/ ALBs and Police Forces, with deal values from a few £ millions to over £1 billion.
Our preferred way of working is as part of a wider team of client resources and other partners, such as legal advisers, so that we maximise the use of our collective experience, learn from each other and ensure there is a ‘corporate memory’ of the process retained within your organisation, which removes ongoing reliance on external resources. We believe our role is to augment, not replace, your resources and to improve your internal capability.
We understand all types of procurement process and EU Directives, including the most recent changes to EU Regulations, and can cover the full end to end procurement process, or work as part of a wider team on specialist elements, for example negotiation, or provide advice/ coaching as a ‘critical friend’. We can also support you on broader commercial issues if required, such as contract disputes and re-negotiations.
